My delegation and I very much appreciated the warm welcome and the splendid hospitality you and your staff showed us during our stay. It was a great pleasure to conduct business in such a beautiful location.

It is a pleasure to do business with you and your friendliness and efficiency are rarely matched in the industry. Your prompt feedback and communication also stand out and make my life as venue finder so much easier and more enjoyable.
On the occasions which I have had the privilege of enjoying a meal at Didimala, the quality, preparation and service really stood out and the chef, kitchen staff and waiters must be complemented for their efficiency.
From me and my colleagues at Thusa Reservation, we wish you all the best for the future and are looking forward to do much more business with you.

I had the privilege of staying at your remarkable lodge this weekend past. We felt it impossible not to brag and spread the word to all our friends afterwards.
Jaco and his staff made us feel like royalty at every possible opportunity. Aspecial thanks to Jaco for giving us "the tour", the buildings were fascinating to me. And just for all the little extras that made the stay so memorable.
We will certainly be back and will bring as many friends with as possible.

You certainly ensured that it was one of the most outstanding experiences they have ever enjoyed. Your hospitality, together with your patience, tenacity and team spirit was exemplary and impressed them in more ways than one. The special spitbraai around the boma will always be remembered and cherished by them.
We now know Didimala and its unusual surroundings and team is a winning and unique combination.

On a personal level, I would just like to thank you all for making me and everyone so welcome. My praises go to EVERYONE but particularly to Elana and Alfred for being that extra friendly and helpful. I do have to mention a funny comment by one of my colleagues who joined us later. This is what he said "What is the matter with these people? Every time they pass they greet and ask if I am ok!" It just goes to show that service does count.

Your friendly personnel (always smiling the whole time when we were there) made us feel special and welcome by awaiting us at the parking bay and welcoming us with cold water and a moist cloth.
The tour through your lodge was informative and well presented. We enjoyed a tasteful meal after a relaxing game drive,

The team at Didimala have done it again!
We send all types of industries and people to Didimala and they all seem to have one thing in common- they have a wonderful time at your lodge.
Didimala is the only property that I can send my groups and know that I do not have to be on site to make sure they have a fantastic experience.
Many of the individuals working at Royal Canin are very well traveled and two delegates come from a hotel background, this always makes my job as a conference coordinator a little more challenging.
Very detailed instructions were requested by the client and every one of them appears to have been met (and exceeded).

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the past weekend.
I have used Didimala on a couple of occasions and the feed-back that I get is always extremely positive. My only complaint is that there are not enough rooms.
The staff from Jaco Steyn to Dominique and even your cleaners is extremely efficient, pleasant and professional. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your venue to any of my high profile clients and I know that I don't even have to be there to assure that they receive the attention they deserve. There are very few venues in this country that can match Didimala as far as service is concerned. At the end of the day, the staff that have contact with the client are your marketing tool and they do a flawless job, well done.
